The expectation of a manager ranges from overseeing tasks to overseeing employees. Unfortunately, many employees are promoted into management roles without the proper training to define the responsibilities of a manager. I will work with you to create a goal-based, multi-step plan to provide the training and guidance to redefine your role as a manager.
